Manager, Corporate Finance

• Work on all facets of deal advisory services related to M&A, project finance and business valuation - from deal identification, deal structuring, negotiations and assistance through deal completion;
  
• Market and sector research with strong focus on identification of new business opportunities;
  
• Responsible for business development, networking with clients, targets and investment banking and advisory community.

• Education - University degree or equivalent; MBA degree or CFA - an advantage;
  
• Minimum 3-5 years experience gained from working with an investment bank, investment banking or corporate banking department of a commercial bank, private equity firm or corporate finance function of an international audit or advisory firm;
  
• Prior proven M&A transaction and business valuation experience;
  
• Strong time and project management skills;
  
• Excellent ability to communicate in Estonian and English, fluency in Russian - a distinct advantage;
  
• Excellent communication and networking skills;
  
• Ability to work and to think independently and "out of the box".
